Go Beyond.  Join the Staff Mentoring Program.

The Staff Mentoring Program presented by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion facilitates the partnership of early career professionals with mid-to-senior level campus administrators for one year. Mentees gain enhanced institutional knowledge, learn new approaches, and expand their network of colleagues.  Mentors gain new perspective and help shape Syracuse University’s future leaders.

  • Professional photography
  • Educational opportunities
  • Receptions and social gatherings
